Beautiful and clean room with sea view. Daily room service (would have loved to get more soap though :). Make sure to use their free babysitter service! All inclusive option: includes only food and some drinks at the restaurant. Disappointed for not having drinking water in the room. Drinks are the bar and beach towels are available for extra cost. Beach: you will have to walk about 400m to the beach, it's a good idea to have a strolled for small kids Food: no fresh fruit or vegies at breakfast, didn't expect that.... :(. You will have to choose your lunch and dinner options from a menu one day prior. Oh, and you have only 30 minutes to enter to the restaurant at lunch and dinner time, so make sure you are not late; we had 3 small kids so it was quite challenging for us to be on time at the restaurant. Staff: had a feeling that their policies are made as they go, staff would tell us different things on different days, otherwise the staff was nice.

Very nice hotel, beach front, recently renovated. The rooms are a little small but tidy and thoroughly clean. Unfortunately, ours did not have a sea view. Our package included, in addition to full meals and unlimited coffee at the bar, umbrella and sunbeds in the associated bathroom, with bath towel included and the very first rows. Very friendly staff and ready to satisfy every request. The cuisine is also excellent. Since we were there during the covid period, the buffet was served. Excellent location also for visiting Riccione!!

Clean, small room, but I took it, the balcony overlooking the sea is beautiful! Basic breakfast, there's a bit of everything, very good croissants, spatial cappuccino, the dinners were good and complete with more choices. Attentive and kind staff, what can I say, it's highly recommended, for the quality/price ratio I'm very satisfied, I also saw the owners in I go around the dining room to serve, very good! The master touch is the water park included in the room price, where we spent a wonderful day! Even for my little dog they didn't make a fuss on the contrary he was welcomed with open arms! thanks for everything!

It's in a great location! we have a room facing the sea, shower with chromo therapy 🤗 the towels are changed every day, the room is small but it's perfect for a couple. The breakfast buffet could be improved because I don't like waiting for my coffee in the morning😊. Very friendly staff and the chef who always says hello when he leaves the dining room!.. I would happily return!

I stayed for 5 nights on the fourth floor. New room and very nice view, but I must say that it is really very very small. Anyone who complains about the food should probably look for higher category hotels because in my opinion the food is good. The only flaw is that the buffet often has empty trays, and if you don't arrive early you risk finding few vegetables. The breakfast is plentiful but there is usually a queue to have a cappuccino since they are prepared by only one guy. However I would go back.

I booked from their website, attracted by the description of the hotel and the "recent" renovation of the bathrooms and some rooms. Me and my daughter for 4 nights. Really poor experience. Tiny room, superficial cleanliness and lack of customer care. From the first night there was an incredible smell of sewage from the bathroom, I asked reception to solve the problem and they sent a person to dismantle the shower siphon and put in a special product. Second night same problem. They tell me that they are solving it and that at most they will change my room. The result, after my many complaints, was nothing. As soon as I arrived I asked for a better cleaning of the room because it was full of dust. Wardrobe without even a hanger, when asked several times they then resolved it. Very small room. Part of the ceiling was falling off (see photo), curtain in pitiful condition, stained and yellowed (see photo). The famous LEDs much praised on the site worked alternately. Air conditioner in which you could only set 17 degrees otherwise it would turn off and never start again. In short, incredible sloppiness. Never again! The only positive note was the courtesy and kindness of the girls at reception and the waiters.
